When you have a problem which doesn’t necessarily warrant a call out but for which you need support, David can either consult remotely via email or telephone, or connect remotely and share control of your computer to resolve your issues quickly and efficiently.

Email, Telephone, and Remote Control consultation is chargeable at the standard rate of £20 for up to 30 minutes.

Instructions for Remote Support

There is no software to install and you will share control of your computer all the time David is connected. You simply run the Microsomma Remote Support program and double click on Establish Connection and wait to be authenticated by David. After your problem has been resolved, David will disconnect and the remote session will end.
